Taka Bonerate National Park
Location : South Sulawesi Province (Takaboner - ate Subdictrict, Selayar Islands Regency)
Note : Management Objectives Conservation and preservation of atoll, marine life habitat, such as giant clam, Triton's trumpet, green sea turtle and hawksbill sea turtle
Potency : In addition to aquatic species, various species of Sulawesi endemic birds.
Total area: 530,765 hectares

Togean Islands National Park
Location : Central Sulawesi (Tomini Bay, Tomini Islands)
Note : Management Objectives Conservation and preservation of marine life habitat and underwater tourism, as well as a variety of endemic species on land.
Potency : Rusa deer, Togean macaque, Togean lizard, Sulawesi bear cuscus, tarsius, babirusa, coconut crab, giant clam, fluted giant clam, green sea turtle, hawksbill sea turtle, lola (Trochus Niloticus), dugong and pilot whale.
Total Area: 362,605 hectares


Bunaken National Park
Location : North Sulawesi Province (Minahasa Reg., North Minahasa Reg., South Minahasa Reg. and Manado)
Note : Management Objectives Conservation and preservation of marine and land habitat, especially dugong, sea turtle, aquarium fish species and shorebirds as well as surface and underwater panoramas
Potency : Mangrove ecosystem, coral reefs, Celebes crested macaque, Rusa deer, bear cuscus, dugong, and sea turtle.
Total Area: 89,065 hectares

Cenderawasih Bay National Park
Location : West Papua Province (Cenderawasih Bay)
Note : Management Objectives Conservation and preservation of a variety of rare shellfish and molluscs species, such as giant clam, horse's hoof clam, hawksbill sea turtle and dugong, as well as land preservation, the habitat of Nicobar pigeon.
Potency : Aquatic species as well as a variety of Papuan endemic bird species.
Total Area: 1,453,500 hectares

Thousand Islands National Park
Location : Thousand Islands (North Jakarta)
Note : Management Objectives Conservation of a variety of coral reef species, mangrove forests as well as marine life habitat, such as hawksbill sea turtle and giant clam.
Potency : Aquatic biota, mangrove forest, a variety of beach and terestrial vegetations, as well as a number of bird species.
Total Area: 107,489 hectares

Karimunjawa National Park
Location : Central Java (Karimunjawa Islands, Jepara Regency)
Note : Management Objectives Conservation and preservation of lowland tropical forest, beach and mangrove ecosystems as well as coral reefs.
Potency : White-bellied sea eagle, greater crested tern, stork-beaked kingfisher, grey heron, watercock, collared kingfisher, yellow-vented bulbul, Rusa deer, hedgehog, and a variety of coral reef and reef fish species.
Total Area: 110,107.30 hectares

Wakatobi National Park
Location : Southeast Sulawesi (Wakatobi Regency)
Note : Management Objectives Conservation and preservation of Banda-Flores Marine Ecoregion that falls within the Wallace Line.
Potency : The Center of the World's Coral Triangle, home to diverse species of coral reefs as well as the highest number of marine species in the world. Was declared as a biosphere reserve by UNESCO in 2012.
Total Area: 1,390,000 hectares
